Golf Workout Program

One of the quickest ways to increase your driving distance and hit longer drives is to start a golf workout program. The type of workout I'm talking about is in your home not in a gym. You can do a golf-specific workout with just an exercise ball, hand weights, and exercise tubing. This equipment can be purchased at any local fitness equipment store, even Target.

All it takes is 10 minutes a day, and you'll see amazing results. You see...it's your BODY keeping you from a better game. Doesn't that make sense? For the golfer getting up there in age, this plays an even more critical role.

A loss of golf-specific flexibility and strength will quickly rob you of power, distance and even accuracy due to decreased golf swing mechanics. The ONLY way to stop this is to start working out specific to your golf swing.

Fitness For Golf Launches

A new site over at Fitness For Golf has launched providing golfers with golf fitness information that will improve driving distance, swing consistency, mechanics and power. Golfers are now realizing the physical component to better golf. Now finding a simple fitness for golf program is all you need. You don't need to go to the gym. And you don't need to spend 2 hours sweating a day to see results on the course. Don't picture this as a hard, grinding fitness program you'll do twice then quit, but picture it as THE SOLUTION to LONGER drives, BETTER consistency, and MORE enjoyment of the game for years to come.

Create A Plan For Your Golf And Stick With It

I've been yelling (not really) at the top of my lungs to all golfers who will listen, of how important a golf fitness plan is to your golf game. This plan should include golf stretches and resistance exercises. If you are a golfer slowly getting into your 50's or above, you are probably noticing a decline in your driving distance and even consistency. This is caused from a physical decline that can ONLY be slowed down by a consistent golf fitness program. If you ignore this, then your golf may be doomed forever!

New Exercises For Golf Progam Released

I'm pleased to announce a revolutionary new exercises for golf program I just released to the public. You'll have never seen anything like it. These exercises are unique, fun and very effective...and the best part...you ONLY do ONE exercise a day for 30 days!

I've tried to convince golfers to do entire programs that take up to 60 minutes to complete and they just won't do them, so I learned my lesson. I'm very proud of this new program, and feel this will be THE PROGRAM for any golfer to do to get into the fitness for golf side of golf improvement.

Take A Serious Look At Discount Golf Bags

Even though most golfers are willing to spend a fair amount on golf, getting more information on discount golf bags is always of interest. Saving up to 40% on a quality bag can be worth the time and effort finding the deal in the first place.

Don't confuse discount with cheap or lack of quality. Discount merely means lower price. Usually these discount bags are last seasons or maybe slightly defective. There are name brand golf bags that may have a little flaw that you can't even notice, but the store is obligated to discount it.

Discount golf bags can be very rewarding, and give you a sense of getting a dreat deal on a top brand bag.

Online Golf Tips Beware

Golfers yearn for golf tips. But are all golf tips the same? Especially online golf tips? With the Internet comes credibility issues. Everybody is an expert on the net. Slap up a website or a blog and you're now an expert. Not quite! Golf instructors are usually certified by the PGA or some other governing body.

If you come across a website (or blog) that doesn not have an "About page" or something about the person, click out of that site as fast as you can! You only want to utilize tips that will help your golf swing not hurt it.
